MFO gets New GM
Ms. Nefertiti Mahluli has been appointed General Manager of Market Facts & Opinions (2000) Ltd., effective 1 October 2020. In this role, she would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company and will manage our client interface.
Nefe, as she is commonly known, joined the company as a Consumer Insights Analyst in September 2015. In that position, she worked with clients who operated in various fields and gained exposure in T&T and the wider Caribbean region. She was promoted in January 2019 to be Client Service Executive. In this role, she cemented her skills in meeting clients’ needs through the application of research methodologies and demonstrated leadership in meeting their expectations. Her formal academic training in Behavioural Sciences enables her to be ‘the voice of the consumers’ to our clients.
I believe that this is a good decision since apart from her solid technical skills and embrace of the requirement for trust and confidentiality in client relationships, Nefe is also a determined, self- assured soul, who approaches everything with enthusiasm and grit. This springs from her focus on protecting the client’s interests and getting to the goal that they desire. She is a great team player who leverages resources to ensure that clients get the best possible solution.
A player with BPTT Renegades steel orchestra for the past twelve years, Nefe demonstrates work/life balance and boundless energy, proving that she can deliver at the highest standards.
