Participants were asked to identify what are the things that they liked or disliked about their bank’s Internet Banking service. Sample responses include: User Friendly Website.
The instructions for the website, when I first signed up was very detailed. I would not consider myself the most Internet savvy person but certainly everything was extremely straight forward.
Delayed Update Of Credit Card Transactions.
Over Christmas, I had in my mind this is how much I have and this is how much I spent. When I went in and checked I went way over my limit. That is one of the problems I have with the bank in terms of credit card transactions. It is not immediate.
